Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Clean and sanitize inflatable equipment, bounce houses, and games.

  • Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to identify and report any damages or malfunctions.

  • Organize and store equipment in a neat and orderly fashion.

  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing cleaning tasks

Delivery helper

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles, including trucks and vans, in adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations.

  • Load and unload equipment, ensuring proper securing and handling to prevent damage during transit.

  • Transport equipment to event locations based on established delivery routes, with a focus on timely arrivals.

  • Set up and assemble equipment at event venues, ensuring accurate placement and installation.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring overall satisfaction.

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols during all delivery and setup activities.

  • Must have a valid drivers license

Regional Play Manager

Responsibilities & Requirements

Project Management

  • Inventory management

  • Managing rentals and booking requests

  • Schedule and facilitate team meetings

  • Hiring and training Game Hosts, cleaning and delivery crew

  • Build a strategic plan for future growth

Community Engagement & Event Planning

  • Manage outreach initiatives and engagement strategies

  • Work with Rokh staff to draft event communications and collateral

Must have

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to learn new technology

  • Creative strategic thinker

  • Ability to implement ideas from conception to manifestation

  • Ability to dream and imagine

  • Comfort and confidence in a front of house role

  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks while meeting deadlines

  • Ability to see gaps and offer pertinent solutions

  • Spanish fluency
